Every project begins with a plan. It may be a formal drawing or just a sketch on a napkin. Or, it may be only a rough, verbal description, which we can draw up for you, often at no charge.
Next we create an itemized estimate and go over it with you in detail. When you see what each item costs, you can make adjustments if necessary to suit your budget.
Once you approve the plans and the budget, we will give you a start date and a completion date, and we'll work hard to stick to it. We'll obtain all the necessary permits and approvals. We'll also see that you get a certificate of insurance from our agent showing that we have the required liability, accident and workmans compensation coverage.
Another factor to consider. Many builders will not allow changes once a project begins, even those a customer is willing to pay for. We allow reasonable changes as the project unfolds having learned from experience that they often make for a better end result.
